Membership is not health insurance, is not a health care service plan, and is not a substitute for health coverage. The membership fee pays for access to and availability of care at this practice; medication and outside services are billed separately. Membership is month-to-month, and you may cancel at any time. What happens after hours?
Concierge members use Dr. Sharma's direct line, any hour. For Metabolic & Hormone members, routine messages are answered the same business day, and an after-hours protocol covers urgent medication concerns. In an emergency, call 911 first.
What happens when the founding spots fill?
Founding rates are locked while your membership stays continuously active; the rate increases as each founding cohort fills. What you pay up front is credited toward your first month.
Can I switch between memberships?
Yes. Metabolic & Hormone members can move up to Concierge whenever a spot is open, and the transition is seamless: same physician, same records, more scope.
Do I still need my insurance?
Yes, keep it. Concierge covers your primary care here; the Metabolic & Hormone Membership covers your metabolic and hormone care here. Either way, insurance still covers hospitalizations, specialists, imaging, and labs.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Membership is month-to-month: written notice ends it at the end of any paid month, with no cancellation fee.
